研究方向
主要采用问卷、行为实验和元分析等方法,考察家庭环境(如家庭社会经济地位、教养方式、教育期望等)、人格特质(如真实性、冒险性、经验开放性等)、认知能力(如工作记忆、流体智力等)等因素如何交互影响学生的学业适应、创造性表现和心理健康。在《心理与行为研究》《Thinking Skills and Creativity》《Creativity Research Journal》等国内外重要期刊发表学术论文二十余篇,获Emerald出版集团最佳论文奖(2023),担任BMC Psychology, Heliyon Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, Frontiers in Developmental Psychology等期刊编委,担任《心理科学》《Natrue Reviews Psychology》《Social Psychology of Education》《Asia Pacific Journal of Education》等十余本国内外重要期刊审稿人。
