个人简介
Dr. Muhammad Waqas joined the Department of Business Administration at the School of Economics and Management, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an Associate Professor. He earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the School of Management at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China. Before joining JUST, he held positions as Head/Assistant Professor of Management at the Institute of Southern Punjab, Pakistan, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Jiangsu University (JU), China. His research focuses on negative events, emotions, and unethical behaviors in organizations. So far, he has published around 20 research papers in several reputed journals such as Current Psychology, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Food and Agribusiness Management Review, and Psychiatry Investigation amongst others.
