Liu Rongyue

Liu Rongyue, graduated from the Department of Light Chemical Engineering of Northeast Forestry University in 2010, received a master's degree in materials science from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2013, and a doctor's degree in materials science from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2017. 2017.05-2018.04 Engaged in research and development of terahertz technology related products in Shenzhen Huaxun Ark Technology Co., Ltd. 2018.04-2019.04 worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. 2019.05-2020.03, engaged in the research and development of RF front-end filters in Shenzhen Huaxun Ark Technology Co., Ltd. From April 2020 to present, he has worked full-time at Southern University of Science and Technology as a research assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Mainly engaged in scientific research on semiconductor materials, microelectronic devices and micro-nano processing. Research directions include metal oxide thin film transistors, digital droplet microfluidics, flexible electronic devices and sensors, radio frequency identification and data storage devices. In 2019, he was selected as a category C talent of Shenzhen Peacock Project and a high-level talent in Baoan District.
