环境科学与工程学院
曾振中是深圳南方科技大学的副教授（研究员），主要从事生态水文、陆气相互作用、全球环境变化和地球系统模拟等相关领域研究，致力于了解地球系统的动力机制，实现人类社会的可持续发展。当前研究侧重于热带地区的农业扩张、环境影响及其解决方案。累计发表SCI论文55篇，其中第一或通讯作者论文16篇（包括Science、Nature Climate Change、Nature Geoscience、Nature Sustainability等），被引用4093次（Google Scholar统计结果；2020/10/15），部分研究成果被成为IPCC报告的支撑材料，并多次被科技媒体报道（普林斯顿大学主页、AAAS、Science Daily等）。获邀担任IPCC第六次评估报告的同行评审专家，同时担任Nature Sustainability等29份SCI学术期刊的同行评审员。关于更多课题组信息亦可点击课题组主页：https://www.zhenzhongzeng.com/。

为响应国家加快和深化工程教育改革的号召，同时发挥南方科技大学在高等教育改革中的先导和示范作用，南方科技大学工学院在2016年5月成立。 学院目前设有电子与电气工程系、材料科学与工程系、海洋科学与工程系、计算机科学与工程系、环境科学与工程学院、力学与航空航天工程系、机械与能源工程系、生物医学工程系、深港微电子学院（国家示范性微电子学院）、系统设计与智能制造学院10个院系。 学院现拥有1个一级学科博士点，2个一级学科硕士点以及15个本科专业。同时拥有6个省部级重点实验室，23个市级重点实验室。 目前，学院拥有全职教师65人，其中英国皇家工程院院士1人、双聘中国科学院院士1人、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者3人、享受国务院特殊津贴专家3人、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者3人、以及9位中青年海外归国人才。 学院积极开展国际交流与合作，已与美洲、泛太平洋地区、欧洲的高校和研究机构建立密切联系。 展望未来，工学院将国家发展和产业需求与人才培养相结合，不断探索新工科人才培养模式，着重培养具有国际视野、厚基础和强实践能力的创新型人才，助力粤港澳大湾区经济发展，努力建成国际一流工学院。
