Wang Xitao received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from China University of Petroleum, Beijing in 1999 and then his PhD in Industrial Catalysis from Tianjin University in 2002. After a two-year PostDoc at Tianjin University, Dr. Wang joined the School of Chemical Engineering and technology, Tianjin University as an associate professor in 2004. Dr. Wang's research interests focus on: 1. Environmental and energy resource photocatalysis; 2. Catalytic conversion of light alkane; 3. morphology-controlled synthesis of nano-materials;4. carbon materials controllable preparation and surface modification.
