Prof. Huaiyu Cai received her B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from TianjinUniversity in 1988, 1991 and 2000, respectively. She is now working at the school of precision instrument &opto-electronics engineering as a professor and the associate dean. Her current reaearch interest includes photoelectric Imaging &measuring Technology, information optics and image processing.
