Wei Chen received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2000, 2003, and 2006, respectively.In 2006, he joined Tianjin University as a Lecturer, where he has been an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering since 2009.
