Tao Han was born in Shandong Province, China, in 1987. He received his Ph.D. degree in high voltage and insulation technology at School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. He is currently engaged in research on aging problem of silicone rubber, and his interest field also includes the diagnostic testing of electrical insulation and failure analysis of high voltage power cable.
