Zhang Fang received her MEng degree in 2000 and her PhD degree in 2007 from Tianjin University, Tianjin,China. She joined Tianjin University in 2000 and is currently an associate professor. In 2005-2006, she visited the department of Electrical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong SAR as a research assistant.
