Prof. WANG Shixue, received his Master Degree from Tianjin University in 1989, and received Ph.D from Yokohama National University,Japan, in 2002. He had worked in Yokohama National University as a assistant professor during 2002-2004, and in Fuel Cell Laboratory of Nissan Motors Co. Ltd. as researcher during 2005-2007. And,he working in Tianjin University as a professor from 2008. The research interest mainly focuses on polymer exchange menbrance fuel cell,thermal management of Li-ion battery, heat and mass transfer in porous media, phase change heat transfer and thermoelectric generator.
Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) device using the exhaust gas of vehicles as heat source.
Effective thermal management of LIB package, it involves the delicate balance among the rate of heat generation/heat conduction/and heat removal of the battery.
Water management and low temperature start-up of fuel cell stack in bus application
