个人简介
2023年5月从爱荷华大学(University of Iowa)毕业，获博士学位（Ph.D），专业为科学教育。曾参加AERA、NARST等国际会议。在《Disciplinary and Interdisciplinary Science Education Research》，《Journal of Research in Science Teaching》等期刊发表论文。博士期间学习了一些量化及质性研究方法。质性研究方法擅长于话语分析（Discourse Analysis）、访谈等方法。我的研究方向为科学教育、教师教育等。着重于研究学生如何通过语言的使用提高对科学概念的理解、提高批判性思维。语言的运用包括写作、观点陈述、讨论、辩论（或论证）等。语言作为认知工具，帮助学生建立新旧知识的连接、达到理解科学知识的目的。教师的教学中给学生提供使用语言的环境，可以培养学生的学习兴趣、提高课堂参与度等，进而提高学生的科学素养。论文: Ding, C., Lammert, C., Fulmer, G.W. et al.
