周民  博士    长聘教授  博士生导师  恶性肿瘤预警与干预教育部重点实验室 副主任  国家万人计划科技领军人才  国家级高层次人才  浙江省特聘专家   浙江大学爱丁堡大学联合学院 教授  浙江大学医学院附属第二医院 教授  科技部重点领域创新团队核心成员  现代光学仪器国家重点实验室固定成员  研究领域及方向  活性微藻载药系统  多模态分子影像探针的研发及其临床转化研究  基于纳米材料的药物装载与控制释放研究  新型耐药菌治疗技术研究  新型肿瘤治疗技术的研发及其临床转化研究  生物医学光子学  干细胞示踪 研究课题     国家自然科学基金、  科技部国家重点研发计划等  主要研究成果 在影像医学、生物材料及纳米医学领域,多年主要围绕“分子影像和转化医学”在癌症及感染性疾病诊断及治疗等方向,致力于新型多功能生物材料及小分子药物临床转化研究。设计、制备具有较好临床转化前景的医用材料,并在包括猕猴等大动物水平的多尺度动物模型水平探索其临床转化可行性,做出一系列创新性的、探索性的科研成果。首创性利用活性微藻材料作为载体靶向输送抗肿瘤及抗感染药物,并探索在乳腺癌、结直肠癌等领域的临床转化。研发了集正电子发射断层(PET)影像功能和光热转化功能于一体的生物纳米材料,并将其运用于肿瘤显像以及影像指导下癌症光热治疗等多方面研究。生物纳米材料临床转化可行性研究,包括在肿瘤光声成像、光热治疗与其他治疗方式包括放疗、化疗、免疫治疗、药代动力学及毒理学等联合治疗等多方面研究。大分子药物、蛋白质、多肽以及纳米材料的放射性标记及核医学成像,包括材料的标记、药代动力学、生物组织分布及PET/SPECT影像分析,为药物及靶向生物材料的临床转化提供指导。耐药菌感染疾病药物的医学成像及靶向治疗。干细胞示踪,以多功能纳米材料为介体,通过PET、MRI、光声及光学等多影像方式对干细胞进行长程、靶向、精准示踪。 代表性成果  团队研发了全球第一个角膜炎感染治疗纳米药物,经过医院伦理审批,正在开展人体临床试验,已治愈多位难治性角膜炎感染患者,并收到患者送来的致谢锦旗,为角膜炎患者带来新的希望。 代表性论著  至今在国际重要学术期刊上共发表高质量SCI论文100余篇,总影响因子>600,他引>6000次,单篇引用次数超过200文章5篇,最高单篇他引>600。其中以通讯作者分别在纳米医学、分子影像学、生物材料学、化学等领域国际著名专业期刊 Chem, Matter, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Research, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Science, Nano Today, Advanced Functional Materials, Biomaterials, Small  等杂志上发表50余篇,并有13篇论文选为杂志封面,6篇ESI高被引论文。代表性论文如下:    1.
