个人简介 Personal Profile 毕业于上海交通大学医学院,获外科学博士学位。上海市医学会神经外科专业委员会委员;上海市医师协会神经外科专业委员会委员;上海市脑卒中学会理事;中国医师协会显微神经外科疾病专业委员会委员;中国医药卫生文化协会心身医学研究分会常委;中国卒中学会复合介入神经外科分会委员。曾在安徽省立医院神经外科和上海交通大学附属仁济医院神经外科工作学习。2006年在北京宣武医院Yasargil显微神经外科培训班学习,熟练掌握小血管吻合技术。2007年作为访问学者在美国国际著名的脑血管疾病诊治中心St. Jorseph’s医院BNI交流学习,师从国际杰出的神经外科大师Spetzler教授。长期从事神经外科疾病的基础和临床工作,具备娴熟的显微神经外科技术,开展多种颅内和椎管内肿瘤(脑膜瘤、脊膜瘤、神经胶质瘤、听神经瘤、神经鞘瘤、转移瘤、血管母细胞瘤)的显微手术治疗;颅内和椎管内血管病(颅内动脉瘤;脑动静脉畸形;烟雾病、缺血性脑血管;高血压性脑出血、动静脉瘘等)的显微手术;颅神经疾病(三叉神经痛、面肌痉挛、舌咽神经痛等)微血管减压手术;各种重度颅脑损伤的救治等,其中采用改良颅内外血管搭桥治疗颅内闭塞性脑血管病;经侧裂微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血等,以“精准、微创”的临床技术理念,取得了良好的临床效果。承担多项国家自然科学基金项目,在Neurosurgery、JNeurosurg、BrainBehav Immun、Neuroscience、Behav Brain Res、J Inflammtion、Brain Res、Cell Death Dis、J Clin Neurosci、Eur J Neurol、J Neurol Sci、中华神经外科杂志、中华医学杂志(英文版)、中华神经病学杂志等多种国内外专业性权威期刊发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI收录论文40余篇,曾获教育部自然科学二等奖,授权国家发明专利1项,实用专利1项。 研究方向Research Directions 脑血管病基础与临床 2. 机电结构优化与控制 研究内容:在对机电结构进行分析和优化的基础上,运用控制理论进行结构参数的调整,使结构性能满足设计要求。1. 仿生结构材料拓扑优化设计, 仿生机械设计 研究内容:以仿生结构为研究对象,运用连续体结构拓扑优化设计理论和方法,对多相仿生结构(机构)材料进行2. 机电结构优化与控制 研究内容:在对机电结构进行分析和优化的基础上,运用控制理论进行结构参数的调整,使结构性能满足设计要求。1. 仿生结构材料拓扑优化设计, 仿生机械设计 研究内容:以仿生结构为研究对象,运用连续体结构拓扑优化设计理论和方法,对多相仿生结构(机构)材料进行整体布局设计。 整体布局设计。 团队展示 神经外二科目前有专业医师8人,其中具有博士学位4人,硕士学位4人,博士生导师1名,硕士生导师2名。科室广泛开展颅内和椎管内肿瘤性疾病、血管性疾病、颅神经疾病等显微手术治疗。 项目情况 科室承担多项国家自然科学基金项目。 科研项目 1.国家自然科学基金:基于神经血管单元修复的缓释VEGF/bFGF和血管重建干预慢性缺血性认知障碍的作用及机制研究(81974207),2020-2023,主持,55万元。2.国家自然科学基金:缓释VEGF调控的血管重建协同FAAH抑制剂URB597改善慢性脑缺血性认知障碍的作用研究(81771410),2018-2021,主持,54万元。3.国家自然科学基金:内源性大麻素系统对慢性脑灌注大鼠认知功能的调控作用(81271212),2012-2016,主持,70万元。4.国家自然科学基金:新型AEA类似物对慢性脑低灌注大鼠认知功能的保护作用(81071063),2010-2013,主持,32万元。5.国家自然科学基金:泛素-蛋白酶体途径对慢性脑低灌注大鼠认知功能的影响及机制研究(30772233),2008-2011,主持,29万元。 研究成果 1.
