鲍海勇,博士,教授,博士生导师,世界旅游互联网大会副秘书长,联合国教科文组织暑期学校讲师,CCF专业会员,浙江省大数据专家委员会委员。具有6年日本、新加坡、西班牙等国留学、工作经历。近年来带领团队高效开展和完成了1000余个智慧校园、智慧城市、智慧旅游、智能电网项目规划设计、方案实施、系统集成、运营维护等。主要研究方向为区块链、隐私计算、网络与信息安全、虚拟/增强/混合现实、人工智能、智慧旅游、智慧城市、智能电网、智能教育、计算机软件理论及应用等。具有多学科专业背景、扎实的理论攻关能力以及项目管理与实施能力,掌握系统的计算机科学基础理论,并在旅游信息化应用领域有深入研究。在IEEE
